Brave CareUI/UX + Web Design for a pediatric healthcare platform
Brave Care provides pediatric primary and urgent care through modern tools and experiences that help kiddos get the best care. I worked with a design leader and a team of engineers to build a comprehensive Clinic Web Application that enabled staff to control every aspect of operations (scheduling, patient communications, staffing, and more). We conducted user interviews with clinic staff and patient families to understand their holistic experience.
After completing the Clinic’s digital tools, we started on the EHR, or Electronic Health Record. Building this part of the experience would allow Brave Care to completely operate within their own ecosystem, because an EHR covers the entirety of a patient’s visit. One component was a “Patient Header” that would follow providers through the app, providing the most important patient information.
